Steveston Village, in Richmond, BC, is a fishing village on the Fraser River which has a long history. This scene is of the Britannia Shipyards buildings, part of a large historical museum site showing the living and working conditions of the fishing community. I spent a day painting "en plein air" recently, along with a few artist friends.
